I've said it many times. An offensive coordinator is only as good as the qb. Cavanaugh was not as bad as the fans thought he was. If that was the case, how could he ever get a job in coaching again? It had everything to do with his qb. Cam is a very good offensive coordinator. He will be working in the nfl next year. Again, if cam is so inept at his job, how could he ever work in the nfl? Nobody would hire him. You'll see what I am talking about in the off season when cam gets picked up.
