Thank you Dallas Cowboys.
Thank you Dallas Cowboys.
Perhaps the worst team in NFL history to clinch a playoff spot in week 15.
I'll take it
I guess we better enjoy our one playoff game
Keep hope alive my friend
You are probably right, but the Ravens also can use these last two games to get healthy and also to work on the new offense. I had a feeling today's game would be like it was. Of course I was hoping I was wrong. I would never predict a Ravens loss, even if deep down I felt little hope.
It will take some time to get things working. I wish they would have done the change earlier, but it is what it is. The ravens have two weeks to make adjustments before the playoffs. Then we shall see what happens. The odds are not in Baltimore's favor, but that's why they play the games.
I thought today would be a loss for the Ravens, but honestly thought the game would be much closer. The Raven's got schooled today. They are a team heading in the wrong direction. Of course anything can happen once you make the playoffs, but the three teams at the top are well coached and well Quarterbacked. I can't see the Raven's catching lightning in a bottle after what has happened the last few weeks. They were lucky to have won some of the earlier games they did. This just is not their year.
Listen lets not look a gift horse in the mouth! The Bengals "backed" in to the playoffs last year, I didnt hear them complain. Thank You Cowboys..please, please bit the Redskins. Lets all show Tony Romo some love!
So we get 17 weeks, better than 16.![]()
This season, in many ways, reminds me of the year the Ravens won the Super Bowl. Lightning did indeed strike that season and because of that season, I know a team, once in the playoffs, are only a short winning streak away from the championship. Of course that team had one of the best defenses ever, but the offense was even more anemic than this year's has been. And there really isn't one team that is totally dominant this year IMHO.
That means they could finish the season with a 6 games losing streak
They won't.
Outside of a couple of bad decisions by Flacco, there was much more spacing created with the play calling by Caldwell this week.
The reality is, Flacco didn't execute, and it cost them with not only the turnovers, but also some batted down passes that wouldn't have happened if Flacco had lead his receivers.
Pitta looked downright dominant.
