Percentages, folks, percentages.
Must be nice to have that kind of time.Interesting that they were able to determine a person's age while driving by.This year, Shirley and I witnessed the results of three decades of this phenomenon. We traveled through 17 states. We often made a point of driving through the older, predominantly Black-population parts of cities and towns. In the middle of the day in the middle of the work week, we were struck particularly by what seemed a virtual parade of Black working-age men who were not working.
I do have a question. If the black unembloyment rate is 13 percent, doesn't that make the black employment rate 87 percent?
Funny part is with people of that ilk is that they don't say
"These guys work overnight" or "They maybe using a flex or vacation day" or "They may work later shifts" or "They may be off work today"
People of that ilk always "assume" without stopping to ask. They would like to pit two against one another(In this instance; Black Americans and "Insert Group"
It fails everytime.
Two job?!?!
You lazy lima bean!!
Ah, yes. Memories!
