Monday’s proceedings revolved around the testimony of Brandy Stambaugh and the several statements she gave to police regarding the death of 26-year-old Craig Edward Myers.

Myers, of Rocky Ridge, died Sept. 2, 2011 from blunt force trauma to the head and spinal injuries four days after an alleged fight outside a Keymar bar.
On Aug. 28, 2011, police found Myers lying unconscious on the ground at the Crossroads Inn parking lot, in the 6600 block of Middleburg Road in Keymar.

It was not made clear exactly how many statements Stambaugh made about the night’s events, though defense attorneys did show that they varied from one to the next.
