Can you imagine a coach in the NFL who never punts? How bout we hire this guy from Oregon, I forget his name but he refuses to punt. It has been proven this idea usually works.

That would mean Joe would have to run Coach Chips "no huddle". Chip's offense utilizes a mobile QB. Which Flacco isn't good at either.
Could not find the college coach but found this....http://espn.go.com/espn/playbook/sto...-mind-football
They haven't utilized him that way since he caught a 30+ yard pass thrown by Troy Smith down the left sideline at the bank. But if your not fimilar with Chip Kelly's offense it's a combination of the Pistol and spread combination.
And they can dave Dennis Dixon run it!
Look at what a college offense is doing down in Raljohn...they weren't from the worst organization in football to barely not that awful!
The Oregon offense is gimmicky and will not work against complicated schemes of the NFL. While Oregon has seen success against the Colorados and Washington States of the PAC-12, this O is not quarterback-strong and is simplistic. An average NFL defense will tear it to shreds. Chip Kelly has not won a national championship for a reason. When he comes up against a stout, smashmouth D his team wilts. The Shanahans are offensive gurus who have added the stretch O and zone blocking scheme to a variation of the pistol, which can work with a rare QB like Griffin. But let's see how it does next year when teams have more tape to study.
Braven
The Ravens rank 23rd in 3rd down conversions at roughly 35%. Why would anyone think their 4th down pct would be much better if they went all the time? It only means they would be giving up field position 65% of the time. That's a sure way of developing a loser in the NFL.
Kelly will be coaching in the NFL next season.
College football isn't a real sport. It exists to make money and generate highlight film for the NFL draft.
