    At that time, training managers to work with women in factories was necessary. It's akin to training that most of us have to sit through every year. Must not offend anyone.

    Let me hazard a few guesses here, Wes:

    1) You were raised by a single Mom or a wimpy Dad.

    2) You are very young.

    3) You have no understanding whatsoever what is was like ~70 years ago when a great deal of the male population went off to war and their jobs had to be filled by females.

    1) Don't mix business with pleasure.

    2) Women can be awfully jealous of each other

    3) Avoid undue familiarity

    4) Women are more sensitive than men.

    This video of yours should be played on every Network, Wes.

    Apparently, some of us have fogotten all of this.
