An Elkridge man has been charged in a string of commercial burglaries in Columbia and Elkridge.

Michael Arnold Hood, 41, of the 6300 block of Beechfield Avenue, was charged with second-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property, theft and other offenses in connection with a series of burglaries dating back to Nov. 13, according to Howard County Police

There is no photo of the suspect, despite his lengthy criminal record.

Mostly ALL of it has hemorrhaged out of the CESS POOLS OF BALTIMRE CITY AND PG COUNTIES right into the once nice burbs.

I have had 2 cars broken into in Baltimore city and I never would have believed that less than two years ago my brand new car would be stolen out of my driveway in the county.

Can't wait to flee for western Maryland.
