Cameron's problem is that he is always the same.

His formations are predictable, and his unwillingness to change scheme mid-game got him canned yet again. I for one thought it was about 3/4 of a season too late, but maybe now that there will be two weeks of practice under Caldwell, we will see something better this week.

Flacco, given average protection is much better than the average QB. Give him great protection, he is in the top 1/4 of the league. His arm and release give him the ability to make throws most QBs dream about. I am not just talking about the long ball, the deep out, the seam, the post. His velocity and accuracy give him the chance to put the ball in places that most can't.

That being said, if he or any QB has 1.8 seconds to read and release, their stats will look very much like Flacco's last week.

You guys are a lot more dedicated than I'll ever be. After a loss, I can't even rewatch a game recorded with my DVR, let alone a coach's film play by play. Sorry, that would be cruel and inhuman punishment to me.

IMO, The last 3 weeks have been mainly Flacco. But I can't take away 5 years of what I consider to be above average play because of the last 3 weeks.

I remember vividly the days of Stoney Case, Jeff Blake, Anthony Wright, Kyle Boller, Troy Smith, Elvis Grbac and Tony Banks. We needed a franchise QB and I think Flacco is it.

It's way to hard for any team to land an "elite" QB. In my definition of "elite", only Peyton Manning and Tom Brady fit that description. After that is Brees, Rodgers, Eli and Roethlisberger (coincidentally all Superbowl champs). Then comes the group that Flacco is in with Rivers, Stafford and a few others. If you can land a QB in any of the groups I've just mentioned you're very fortunate and have a shot to win a Superbowl.

As for Cam Cameron, I think he did a decent job overall with periods of serious mental lapse (like no Ray Rice in the 4th quarter). He did seem predictable at times, but the Ravens did get to two Championship games with him so no one can say Cam "sucked". The Lee Evans drop was not Cam's fault. If Evan's holds on I think the Ravens are 2011 World Champs and Cam is still here.

Maybe it was time for a change, I just question the move in December. I think the Ravens should have stuck with Cam and reevaluated as season's end.

I can, he sucked. The Ravens got there in spite of him, not because of him. His biggest problem was he could not adjust during the game. Once the defense diagnosed his game plan, he stubbornly refused to change. Thus, he was entirely predictable. IMO of course.

You can say it but you would be wrong. You can't convince me the Ravens went to the playoffs 5 years in a row with two Championship Games with a offensive coordinator that sucked. They had to score points to get there.
