But you often find, and there are examples on this board, true "progressives" are not so much upset that a idea or thought that contradicts their own, could be voiced, as much finding out that it exists.

The more I hear of a "perfect society", the more I am convinced that those who passionately visualize developing it, would have no qualms about setting up guillotines in the public square to hurry the process along.

How much are they paid? Certainly not the price of the gun - so yes I see it as seizing.

What about those that decline to voluntarily turn in their guns.

Asking people to voluntarily turn over their guns is in no way the same as seizure of those guns

The first one to cry out about banning guns is the same guy who wants to ban large sodas from the largest city in the U.S.

    Good luck waiting for either.

Proof is circumstantial based on your obsession with guns. Short of a search warrent that reveals the "smoking gun", as it were, no physical proof will be available. But I am free to have my opinions, and suspicions about the truth.

For someone, who's purported interest in guns is only to support of the 2nd, then, as Shakespear wrote, "lady, thou dost protest too much".

    Do you?

But to answer your question, directly - so long as that union does not, in any way, endanger my life.

Put mom on.... As a devout Catholic, I'm sure she has something to say on the subject?

I do. And I will fight politically for those rights. But I am not gay.
I support a lot of rights that I may not intend to exercise.

Ms. Victoria Soto wasn't man enough. But to the fascists that doesn't matter.

She was forced to fight a criminally insane armed mo'fo' with her bare hands.

    For shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That my be, but if one were to gage interest on such volatile topics as guns and/or gay marriages, it's worth noting that you have many posts, on many different gun related threads.....but not one post on the Gay marriages being condemned by the Pope. There are over 230 recent posts on that topic, and yet, your interest/input is conveniently absent. That certainly is your choice.

That, in itself, is not proof of interest/lack of interest....but a lot can be learned from statistics. As it pertains to regular posters on this Forum, and as a rule of thumb, I've usually found that one's quantity of posts on a topic, is usually correlated to involvement/interest.

The vile pope's views are of no interest to me. That fight is won. The rapist church is not of much interest to me.

Shame? The shame is on you for using her name like that. You do not know her views and only her family can speak for her (if anyone can).

Well I know this much : she would have preferred to be alive ; she would have also preferred that her students be alive.

And she had no idea that the FASCISTIC IMPOSED GUN FREE ZONE declaration was going to have deadly consequences.

What other inanimate objects scare the libbies amongst us into wetting their pants??

    Guns....Hi-capacity magazines

Anything else that they are afraid will jump up, without any human intervention, and cause them harm?
