    Default David Kwiatkowski, Maxim Healthcare

This guy is the modern day version "Typhoid Mary." It has been reported that four more patients known to have had contact with Kwiatkowski have tested positive for Hep C.

He could receive only up to 24 years . . . wow. What could/should be the repercussions to Maxim Healthcare/Maxim Staffing, in Columbia, MD?

Between this and the Medicaid fraud, one wonders about the future of Maxim.

Good lord. What a terrible excuse for a human being.
How could this go on so long without the VA knowing?

I believe that the VA, like hospitals who use staffing services, depend on Maxim and other healthcare staffing companies to do thorough background checks. I would imagine that several staffing companies are looking at lawsuits.
