Had the same problem at the best Ravens bar in the DC area, Rock Bottom in Arlington. Bartender said there was nothing he could do, because it was blacked out on NFL Sunday Ticket. I just followed the opening moments on my smart phone with ESPN Score Center.

It was only blocked out for the first few then we got to see it.

Lesson to me to DVR the Fox/CBS Baltimore cable station and not the DC station. I wanted to watch the game after I got home from M&T and DVR'd overtime of the Cowboys game.
