I never said he was the first college LT to not make a good NFL LT, did I? I said he was the first player to get all the Hollywood hype that accompanied his entry into the NFL and then flame out. Or did you just choose to ignore that that's what I stated?

How can you consider him flamed out if he's being forced to play out of the position he's better suited for

The hype was for BLINDSIDE. He can't play BLINDSIDE (LT) whether it's HIS choice or the coach's choice. So yes...as a LT, he flamed out. Period. And even as a RT he was only average; nowhere near the hype surrounding his entry into the NFL. And his best position very well might end up being guard, not tackle. So all in all, while not a total Ryan Leaf bust, he's nowhere near the hype.

NOTE: Let's take a closer look at Ken's logic for a second. Oher isn't a flame out at LT because the coaches are playing him out of position because he shouldn't actually be playing LT in the first place. Brilliant, isn't it? The guy is drafted to take over the LT position; he can't actually PLAY that position; but in Ken's mind, he's not a flame out. Wow. Just wow.

There has never been a player in the NFL who entered the league, before he even took a single snap, with more Hollywood Hooplah, than Michael Oher.

Oher has flamingly failed to live up to all the "Blindside" hype.

The woman connected with all the Blindside Hype was Leigh Anne Tuohy.

My off the cuff remark was that Oher should, essentially, go back to the beginning of all the hype (i.e. Leigh Anne Tuohy) because he's failed miserably to live up to the "Living Legend" that was put in place at the beginning of his non-illustrious career.

Nice try, Genius, but that circuitous bit of absurd logic doesn't even come close to explaining your asinine comment.

Actually, it does. (Except, obviously, for asinine individuals such as yourself.)
