He missed some throws he normally makes but also made some nice ones as well. I only watched the game from mid-fourth quarter on as I was return from the Ravens game, but he threw a nice ball on that 2 pt conversion. He is a rookie QB playing in his first playoff game on the road. I think he did pretty well in about as hostile and pressure packed environment as a QB can be in.
Seriously, would you stop admitting you don't watch any of the games you bother to comment on?
Sure, like you watch every Ravens game? Yet you still comment on Flacco. Anyway, see link below. How do you like these apples?
http://http://sports.yahoo.com/news/nfl--robert-griffin-iii-s-lies--mike-shanahan-s-poor-management-doom-redskins-in-playoffs-040938793.html
I watch most of their games. I have seen more than enough to make an assessment of Flacco. I've certainly seen more than one game and one quarter (Wilson) or no games (Griffin) that you've TOLD US you've seen, or not seen for that matter.
NO games?? Blatant lie. Regarding Griffin, I have already posted here that I first saw him playing in the Thanksgiving game against Dallas. Then against the Ravens, then Dallas second game in Washington. So that is three games by anyone who knows how to count. Wilson, I watched plenty of highlights and the entire game where his team anihililated the 49ers'. Plus I listen to Sirius Channell 88 every day for at least three hours, where players are discussed by former players, coaches and experts. I have also been watching NFL games since 1964. I know what I see son, unlike you who reads stats books and doesn't pay enough attention when watching the games or else simply doesn't understand what you are watching.
So run your mouth all you want, but this dumb ole former correctional officer has repeatedly, and correctly pointed out to you here and on the other thread, that Bob Griffin III was going to get seriously hurt, because he is not built like an NFL running back and he cannot run in his league like he did in college. Joe Theisman said it in pre-season, during a game (I also watched Bob some in a pre-season game) that he "RGIII" "was going to get killed" if he didn't learn how to get down and protect himself. DENY this all you want, it has HAPPENED SON and cost his TEAM!
I also blame Shanahan for this stupid Pistol Offense. Apparently Shanahan is so scared of losing his job he is willing to get his young star QB seriously hurt by running that style of offense. Also, you need to get a subscription to Sirius Radio and listen to channell 88. Almost everyone is saying they are voting for Russell Wilson as rookie of the year, with either Andrew Luck or your running back Morris as runners up. One caller said he thought the main reason RG was so good was because of Morris who as a rookie was the number 2 rusher in the NFL which in my opinion puts him either second behind Wilson or third behind Luck for Rookie of the year.
You can continue to lie and try to belittle what I said even though anyone reading these threads can easily see I was and am "spot on" in my assessment and you are as wrong as wrong can be. Simply man up and admit it. You just continue to look bad trying to lie and spin things when you know I was right all along. Ir is just a shame that no one ever taught you how to be a gracious loser. I guess you missed that in Kindergarten.

You watched highlights? Well heck, I think I might drive by that restaurant to see if its any good. I might even slow down and get a super duper review.
The sad thing is you don't even realize how stupid you make yourself look by admitting you haven't even seen the two kids hardly play. Even worse, you have the nerve to tell us the games you've used to make your wrong assessments are ones where either your little pet player poorly or where Griffin was all world.
If you've been watching games since 1964, at this same rate, I've seen way more football than you. I even watch the whole games and everything, not just the last face minutes or the highlights. Ha ha ha ha, man you're dense.
You could watch a thousand games or highlights more than me and still would't know half as much as I do son. I told you Bob's main flaw was his running didn't I? Yes or NO? I told you that your rookie QB Bob was gonna get hurt didn't I? Yes or NO. Simple question, easy answer to both questions. Yet you won't acknowledge that at all why????
Apparently you are just a sore loser, afraid to admit it when you are wrong and own up to it, yet I am the one who is being dense??????
You apparently, thought he was superman and/or built like iron which shows your total lack of football sense (or even common sense for that matter) and that he could run the option (run like a fool) and not protect himself and somehow survive in the NFL doing that. A number of experts including Theisman also expressed this fear. Others on this site even tried to point this out to you, yet you know more than everyone else? To the point even now you refuse to concede this point? Gimme a break.
According to the major discussion on Sirius this morning channel 98 there is concern he may miss the entire season next year as it would be better he he had a complete tear instead of a partial. A partial tear can only be rehabbed and then he runs the risk of a complete tear every time he runs. You don't think this was an issue or concern the way he was running?? I was trying to be nice about this but now the gloves are off boy. If you couldn't see he was an injury waiting to happen playing that style of football with his body type in the NFL, you are a total moron. You can watch games for the next 80 years and that isn't going to change as you are just an idiot! I even called it for you and it went down right in front of your eyes. Live in denial all you want -- IT HAPPENED!!!!
You are so stupid when it comes to the NFL that you are an embarrassment to this site and ought to graciously retire from this forum for good. You asked for it, you got it you arrogant know nothing - dufus!

Hey can you watch the highlights of the games this week and give me a full run down of each player? Thanks in advance. Your knowledge gained after watching parts of games for 40 years is simply something that can't be replicated. Does this work for baseball too? Can you only watch an inning or two and tell us how good a player is? If so, double awesome!
I called it that your star rookie QB was going to get hurt. I also was willing to bet you that the Seahawks go further with Russell Wilson in the playoffs than your Redskins with Bob Griffin III. You were too scared to take that bet, despite your bravado in your posts. LOOKS to me it is Baltimore Ravens Lets Go! TWO - Hail2BNG - ZERO. Whatever my method, it is obvious I know more than you. End of story. Go lay down son, you are done, beaten, whipped. The results speak for themself.![]()

You should change the title of the thread to be more accurate. "Russell Wilson best quarterback I have seen in 48 seconds" is more accurate.
The thing that bothers me most about this thread Oldfan, is that you seem like you are so consumed with being "right" that you take pleasure in the injury to Griffin. If you could, you would sacrifice this young man's future and his livelihood upon the alter of your being correct. It is most unseemly.
Maybe you are right but I certainly am not rooting for it. Why are you?
No, I don't take pleasure in his being hurt, but it was as clear as day that it was bound to happen. I blame Shanahan more than anyone. It is his fault. As an experienced NFL head coach he should know better than to try to run a college offense putting your QB at such extreme risk of injury. He ought to be fired as some Redskin fans have been calling for. It certainly isn't all Bob's fault. He was doing what he does best but put himself at the highest possible risk of injury in doing so. However, he was slow on the uptake in learning this the hard way.
Do you think you're insulting him by calling him Bob? You're such a hate filled little man.
Pete Carroll is smarter than Shanahan as he uses it sparingly, and Wilson is smarter in he goes out of bounds or slides unlike Bob. So when you have a smarter coach and QB, you can use it, if on occasion and wisely. Otherwise, I would abandon it entirely unless I had Tebow or Newton as my QB.
