Ideally if there has to be one? KKK, Black Panther or a OWS rally. I doubt most would miss them. meh

    Looks like it's Sacramento.

Suspect Arrested In Old Sacramento Multiple-Fatal Shooting
Two Dead, Gunman Among Three Others Injured

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A 22-year-old is in custody after allegedly shooting and killing two people and injuring two others during a fight in Old Sacramento that led to the cancellation of the city’s annual New Year’s Eve celebration.

An argument began the Sports Corner Cafe located on corner of 2nd and K Streets at about 9:38 p.m., according to the Sacramento Police Department. The argument escalated into a fight and an employee went to break it up. During the fight, a man pulled out a gun and shot several times at the people he was fighting with.

A woman, 30, a man, 35, and the employee, a 20-year-old, male were shot. The woman suffered a non-life threatening injury to her lower body, but the two others were shot multiple times and died.
The usual argument that escalates into a shooting.

Thank god there was an armed guard nearby

Authorities say an armed guard near a side door at the bar heard the gunshots and got into a gunfight with the suspect and both were wounded.
The armed suspect ran out of the bar toward a street crowded with holiday revelers but was caught quickly by officers chasing him, police said.

Police are not releasing his identify but let's wait and see if he was:

    A. A permit carrying legal owner

    Or

    B. A criminal with a violent history.

He could be a legal carry dude. It happen in Towson this year. We shall see. But big thanks go out to the guard and the person who decided to hire (and arm) him.
