Running the ball and defense. Definitely old school. However, I'd point out the following:

1. They played in a weak division.
2. When teams like that come up against teams that can score points in a hurry (Denver, etc.) they usually come up on the short end of the stick because the league has tilted the rules towards offense.

Weak is a stretch. I'll give you mediocre, but only 1 team had a losing record.
