    Default Drunk attacks police with hammer and is shot/killed

    Edward L. Becker Jr has quite a criminal history. Including some gun, assault, and alcohol charges. It sounds like he wanted the police to shoot him and he got what he wanted. Sad for the family.

    If the events as described in the article are true then it sort of appears as though the guy committed suicide.
