Not all Obama haters are republicans. But the majority are. Not all Clinton haters are republicans. But the majority are. See how it works?
I just did a quick review of some of the twits. I'm happy to report that many of them claim to be citizens of other countries -- England, Ireland, etc.

Good luck GHWB.
I hope he is resting peacefully and recovers quickly.
George H. W. Bush's Condition Improves, He Leaves ICU
After spending nearly a week in the intensive care unit at Methodist Hospital in Houston, former President George H.W. Bush has been moved out of the ICU.
"President Bush's condition has improved, so he has been moved today from the intensive care unit to a regular patient room at The Methodist Hospital to continue his recovery," his office said in a statement Saturday. "The Bushes thank everyone for their prayers and good wishes."
The 88-year-old, who was the 41st president of the United States, has been hospitalized since Nov. 23.
My children are my legacy.
Great news!
He is a man of wealth and privilege who could have very easily because of his connections avoided military service during WWII. He not only did serve but was flying combat missions when he was barely 21 when his plane was shot down and he barely avoided death.Patriot is the first word that comes to mind when I hear his name.
Don't think it would have been easy for him to avoid the service, given his father's and his mother's family prominence. Trying to think of any instances of well known scions doing that and drawing a blank?
Not like today or Vietnam or even the Civil War, not certain re WWI, my sense is we were so late in the game going in that it was over before the issue really developed,
Sad seeing the men of that generation dying off. Such a sense of duty, and modesty. My dad and his 3 brothers all served, 2 fought. They virtually never talked about it. Dad was always contemptuous of what he called "professional veterans", you know the type.

veterans", you know the type.
It certainly would have been easy for him to avoid combat since only one in sixteen WWII veterans were combat veterans. Instead he voluntered for it. Quite a man! My dad was only 70 when he died of heart disease. I have to think what he went through as a rifleman in France in 1944 contributed to his relatively early death. You are right about that generation. Wooden ships and iron men!
I remember during the first Gulf War a joke, What does Saddam and panty hose have in common? We all know that Saddam really irritated President Bush.
Bush. Nice...
