    Default Gen. Norman "Stormin' Norman" Schwarzkopf Has Passed Away

    WASHINGTON – A U.S. official says retired Gen. H. Norman Schwarzkopf, who commanded the U.S.-led international coalition that drove Saddam Hussein's forces out of Kuwait in 1991, has died. He was 78.

    Sage, he had prostate cancer. It may have been related to that.

    78 isn't anything to really sneeze at. He didn't get cheated if his last were of reasonable quality.

    His sister said it was complications from pnuemonia. My brother was friends with his daughter and we have mutual friends so I will see what the word is.

    A REAL General. Unlike the political hacks stinking up the place nowadays who seem more interested in getting laid then they are for the welfare of their troops. RIP General, good and faithful servant!
