The bolded is either an outright lie, or a massive delusion. Which is it?

    I work for a living.

Don't you live in a tax-free haven off a govt. pension?

    Hypocrisy thy name is flyboy!
I receive a Military retirement pension. And on that I pay both federal and state taxes.

So you're the arbiter for who deserves govt. money and who doesn't?

Good gig. How'd you get it?

No. But it seems you and your ilk made me the arbiter. The only reason this bill might pass is because most people believe military members deserve a raise. And this is exactly what Obama is counting on.

One is clearly true; the other is subjective at best.

Secondly, yes, the systematic failure of the f-35, and the overwhelming price hikes, are the fault of Congressional engineering, and not the hype, and oversell of the defense contractors.

You live in Puerto Rico, yes? Which Puerto Rico is it? Cause clearly it isn't the one on planet Earth.
And which Puerto Rico is it that you are aware of that resides on the planet Earth O' knowledgeable one?

Since an agreement was reached (well in the Senate) it is moot.

That is my understanding. Am I incorrect?
    Here is the Executive Order:

It's not a moot point since Congress needs 2/3 majority to override Obama's Executive Order.

An Executive Order by the President is not the same as a bill passed by Congress. It's much more difficult to override an Executive Order since you need a super majority.

I did not see the Wage Grade (WG) or Wage Supervisor (WS) schedule, which makes up a large portion of Civil Servant employees, on the EO for wage increases. They are trade skilled or blue collar workers.
