Maryland should have let Fridge coach out his contract and hired Franklin instead of that hiring that loser Edsall. The current Maryland head coach will get a grade of incomplete for the 2012 season, because of all the injuries to his team, including going through 4 quarterbacks and having to have a converted linebacker start at that position for a few games.

As much as I hated Friedgen being let go I have to admit that Edsall seems to have them pointed in the right direction. Who could have predicted the success the Terps were having before the rash of season ending QB injuries? The team lost a lot of players that were disgruntled with his style but Edsall has done pretty good with what he has left. I'm still not totally sold on Edsall but he has surprised me and I'm withholding my final opinion for another season.
