Thank God the Republicans showed leadership (unlike that clown Obama) and averted an economic disaster.

Why would anyone celebrate anything that our government has done? Why would anyone celebrate losing part of their monthly income?

    Don't know?

Yea, I'm not happy about my monthly take home being smaller....but, I guess it could have been a lot worse? Small consolation, though.

Stocks going up is cool, however!

Between paycuts, insurance premium increases, higher utility bills, higher food prices, etc., many of us have cut back to the bone in order to make ends meet. What's left?

Oh yeah. Property tax increase and HOA increase which was suddenly increased to almost $200/month -- from $130/month. I hate opening the mail.

I should just go ahead and leave this earth. At least my beneificary will be able to live well for a while. Oh, yeah, never mind.

    We are in agreement.

I may side with the libs on some issues, but not on taxes. Things are out of control.

I heard the other day that O'Malley is thinking about upping the gasoline tax. Enough.

On the plus side Harry the liar Reid was told to go **** himself. Even after that he tried to lie his way out of it and his own aid said the lie was untrue. That's a good thing.

You can thank Bernanke and the private industry for the stock market rise over the last 4 years and nothing the government has done.
