    Really? I noticed it right off. My last pay check was about $150.00 lighter than the one before. Maybe Bill Gates wouldn't have noticed but bullmikey and such live off the small change. We tend to notice stuff like that.

    A balanced approach which he has said includes both. It is not spending or revenue it is spending and revenue.

    for months he indicated a balanced approach. I am not saying he is perfect. Clinton had a more balanced approach.
