Default NYE Party at Timonium Crowne Plaza Hotel Ends in Stabbing

Wow, sounded like a real blowout: 1,000 people, stabbing, overdose....

I was at the Crowne a few years ago to take a CE course to renew my real estate license.

Kind of quiet up there during the day.

Police probe New Year's Eve incidents at hotel
Stabbing, overdose reported at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Timonium

TIMONIUM, Md. —Baltimore County police said they were called to a hotel in Timonium a few times just after the ball dropped on New Year's Eve to response to several incidents, including an overdose and a stabbing.

Police said they fielded three separate calls for help at the Crowne Plaza in the 2000 block of Greenspring Drive. The hotel boasts a large central atrium, where a large New Year's Eve party that was packed with an estimated 1,000 people was hosted by several local party promoters.

Partygoers said they had a good time...

Remember how the Loot Rail serves Timonium. Its possible those people involved are not typical Crowne Plaza guests or Timonium residents. Quite possible they are ghetto people who came from the city because of these DJ deals especially if the DJs were playing rap music and gangster stuff.

Just like that shooting in Towson at that theater that was not the regular Towson crowd. It involved hoodrats and gangbangers who came up from PG County due to promotions.

In fact most crime in the Baltimore suburbs are due to people from the city or people who have moved FROM the city. In Montgomery County most of the crime is committed by illegal immigrants and by people who moved there from PG County and DC. Thiese events if anything highlight the importance of resisting things like Section 8 housing, illegal alien friendly laws, and expanded mass transit like the REd Line which btw will use our tax money.

I don't really know or care how the people got the or where they live.
But I would like to know who was promoting the party. Just like the incident in Towson the media seems to be giving the promotors a free ride.

just another example of continuing to perpetuate the stereotype. large gathering of blacks=propensity for violence. be it in the city or county, the m.o. is the same. of course, in our pc and appologist society, that fact can never be raised. stereotypes exist for a reason, people....

Investigators said they aren't sure if the incidents are connected or if they happened at the party or elsewhere in the hotel. Some revelers told 11 News they didn't notice the repeated police presence.

    Of course they did!

I would wager that the parking lot was full of cars that evening. This had nothing to do with Mass Transit, Section 8, or Illegal Aliens.

Seems you talk about "it" every chance you get...in fact "it" is pretty much ALL you talk about.

at least there are some folks that will talk about 'it'. 'it' is a major problem and bringing entire communities to their knees. 'it' is out of control and growing even more so everyday. 'it' is so far gone that i believe there is no turning it around at this point. 'it' has been ignored and pacified for so long that 'it' has taken over our society like a cancer. yes, 'it' IS a cancer, a terminal and inoperable cancer, spreading more every day. 'it' is the blight of our society.

Yes 'it' gets talked about often here. I've already said that. You're talking about 'it' too. Did you have a point?
