Thumbs down Our heroic first responders in action

Thumb you know where while they peruse through their SOP manual trying to execute a rescue. Kudos to the jack booted thugs as well for threatening with arrest several onlookers who attempted to man up and rescue this poor soul.

What useless turds. The guy in the water looked much closer to the bank opposite the camera view. It almost looked close enough to throw the guy a life line from the shore yet the "heroic" rescue squad is about as far away as they can get. Totally pathetic. Hopefully, somebody sues them for their utter incompetence needlessly leading to the guy's drowning.
