I'm interersted to find out more about Line Judge Ron Marinucci's "novelty cone company". What is a "novelty cone" and what would one do with one?

Looks to be just your standard manufature of the many shapes and sizes of whatever ice cream cones you'd get at the grocery store or local ice cream parlor.

What makes them a "novelty" then? To me, a novelty is something apart from the norm.
