Because some child sexual abuse is between people of the same sex, and ignorant people like to lump them together. Of course, such folks wouldn't dream of condemning heterosexuality for instances of opposite-sex child abuse.

Some homosexual men are very masculine, but you knew that already.

What's funny is that you're specific in saying they are same, as human beings, but then say they are not the same, and don't provide a reason why, or what context.

No, I am saying that they should be treated the same under the law.

Just as men and women aren't the same, but deserve equal protection under the law.

Homos and heteros are not the same.

Yet everyone deserves equal protection without the stupidity of us calling women "men". Or vice-versa. Or calling homosexual unions "marriage".
