My stance is and has always been that homo people are PEOPLE. Entitled to every human right that everyone else is.

Humans are so much more than some need to claim that only the survival of the species matters. The species will never be harmed or decimated by homosexual "compulsion." Homosexuals have contributed beyond measure to humanity.

Of course survival of the species matters. If the whole population suddenly turned homo then we'd be in one hell of a bind.

You said human nature is to procreate, but it would seem that with existence of condoms and birth control, human nature is about sex for pleasure. Wild animals have sex to procreate, I think its pretty clear that's not the only reason humans do it. If you find gays having sex to be irrational because it is only for pleasure, than I wondered if you'd call straights having sex using birth control irrational.

I never knew a heterosexual to feel the sex act is irrational or contrary to one's will, but I have homosexuals feel that way. I don't think your compulsion theory applies to heterosexuals. Just my thoughts after reading this definition.
