I also like Easterbrook's name for them... the Potomac Drainage Basin Indigenous Persons. PDBIPs! Government loves acronyms, I think it would work.

Or they could go with "Crackers". Nabisco could be a big sponsor. The revenue possibilities are endless. Everybody likes crackers.

Is the team seriously considering moving out of FedEx? It doesn't seem like they've been there that long.

Not sure how I would feel is they called the team "The White-Hispanics" and had some guy running around dressed like a half white half latino person. Now sure I'd care.

I love minorites who think they somehow are the only ones who face racism and are the only ones who know what racism is all about. Always remember "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt." You should really double check yourself before you hit send.

This story is tired and old. Gray really has bigger issues in that city to deal with than the name of a team.

Gary's opinion is meaningless because, as some here are apt to point out, the Redskins don't play in DC. Also, Dan Snyder has been through the courts on this one so he isn't likely to change the name any time soon if ever.
