...they played a recording going into a break of one of their players (don't know who)...going off on The Ravens defense saying they were "cheap shot artists".

the guy said, "yeah Cary Williams, we're coming for you".
then he went off and said (paraphrasing) "they're all cheap shot artist, we're going to show 'em".

I'de say the VP of operations sets the tone for that team. Elway is still on my list for turning his back on (then our) Colts. Never liked the guy or the Broncos. "It's too cold in Baltimore" was one of the reasons given.

Hey, I kind of understand not wanting to play for Kush or Irsay. Elway actually liked the idea of playing where Unitas played.

His father and I think an attorney handled the trade deal. Jack Elway wanted no parts of his son playing for Kush, or Irsay for that matter.
