Default Kendel Ehrlich's political career may getting a major boost because of bank merger!

Kendel Ehrlich would be a formidable candidate for Anne Arundel County Executive in 2014.

Presently she serves on the Board of Directors of BankAnnapolis. Now that BankAnnapolis' holding company Annapolis Bancorp Inc. has agreed to a merger with the mutli-billion dollar F.N.B. Corporation this should allow Mrs. Ehrlich the opportunity to meet new potential donors with deep pockets.

F.N.B. Corp., of Hermitage, Pa., is buying Annapolis Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ: ANNB) in the all-stock deal announced Monday. The deal values Annapolis Bancorp at $12.09 a share, a 49 percent premium to the stock's closing price of $8.10 on Oct. 19. Annapolis Bancorp shares have soared 117 percent in the past year.

I think she could easily win that office if she really wants to run. That would probably affect Bongino's decision about which office to choose for his next run as well.
