But hey, RG3 won Rookie of the Year.
And Matt Ryan has a better completion percentage. Any idea what the trophy looks like?

Rahim Moore and the refs say you're welcome. This was funny:

A throw still has to be made and the ball still has to be caught. Maybe Moore will learn to play his position better also.

A true "historic choke job" is losing... a 14 point lead at home (which rarely happens), in the playoffs (which rarely happens), to a team from the west coast that's traveled all the way east (which rarely happens).

I mean, really, what are the odds of an east coast team blowing a 14 point lead and losing to a west coast team... in the pressure cooker of a playoff game? Pretty slim I would bet.

Of course, had the Ravens lost the Superbowl, that would have been a historic choke. But... they didn't. They made the plays and held on.

Yeah...and maybe all the CB's our WR's have burned like toast this season. There have been so many.

Just admit it, Jacoby Jones is a burner. You wish you had him.

Mike Pereira says refs called a good game.

    Any other excuses there, chief?

Deal with it. We've won 2 titles since 2000. Redskins none since 1991.

    Poor you.

Pereira said they called a good game, huh? I wonder how all the other former refs feel about it. What's that, they agree? Shocker!

They called a consistent game and let the players play in the Super Bowl, the way it should be.

The Niners and Ravens were both on the bad side of some questionable calls/non-calls, just like any other game.

Bottom line, the Ravens are Super Bowl Champs and theres nothing you can say or do to change it.

Now I need to decide what kind of Super Bowl Champion swag I want to buy...

oh look, more DC bitterness...go back and watch the play again...Crabtree grabs Williams right shoulder and then pushes down on his helmet (which is why he fell)....NBC Sports turning point replay has the best angle of the play....

I guess Joe was average on Sunday....he only completed 66% of his passes, tied Montan's postseason record of 11 tds and 0 picks and an MVP as well....

go polish the offseason lombardi the skins are sofamous for winning.....

the refs allowed both teams to play, they acalled the game consistently, which is what they should do....

    look from afar with envy......

His job is to exonerate officiating. You must know this.

You're proving my point, not countering it.

Whatever his agenda, he's right. PI, holding, etc. should not have been called on that play. Both players made contact, and it's got to be a pretty blatant hold/PI to warrant a flag at the end of the SB.

    They made the right non-call.

And speaking of agendas, yours becomes clearer with every post. You just cannot accept that the Ravens are SB Champs.

    Deal with it.

The difference here is that Pereira was the Director of Officiating, not just another "former ref". He had to deal with questionable calls, missed calls, non calls, etc. every day at the NFL.

Looking at all the angles that have been shown, Crabtree initiated the contact by running the wrong route and bumping into Smith. Then, they exhibited some handfighting culminating with Crabtree pushing Sith to the ground. So if you think about it logically, and not through your hate-tinged, anti-Ravens glasses, you have to admit that multiple infractions occurred on that play.

    They made the right non-call.
Just like they made the "right non call" two weeks before in the SF-ATL game on another 4th down play!

And speaking of agendas, yours becomes clearer with every post. You just cannot accept that the Ravens are SB Champs.
A fact that is irreversible! Translated (for the benefit of Hail2BNG) that the Lombardi trophy belongs in Charm City!
