You have to give Ray credit, When he gets the chance to give thanks, Baltimore people and the city gets love all the time. Some think he is going to far with this preacher stuff but give him credit, his life has turned around and Baltimore should be proud of the way he cherishes the city and how he always tells people how great the city is.
