Default The Biggest Change in the Ravens

Easy right. Cam was replaced but seriously ,the switch of Oher to r tackle and Mc coming into left tackle than Osee going to left guard. Now add into this a Joe Flacco being given plays to move and roll in the pocket to alleviate pressure and than the biggie. The wr's doing crossing routes and the freeing up of our speedsters on the outside. Well if you said this you are 1/3 right.

The other 2 factors are the teams health. The Ravens are getting players back, Webb is the only one not back and the Ravens are on a roll.

Now for the most important part of the equation. This team plays together as one. They depend on one another and kind of corny but they actually LOVE one another. This is my thoughts, what are your's?

Unity was the key in 2000. It seems to be happening again this year. Excellent post on all counts.

What I'm seeing with this team right now is that they are playing as one. Reed isn't freelancing and the defense is playing their assignments. On offense everything starts with the offensive line. I think Flacco finally has confidence in them as the right guys are playing their best positions.

Whether it can be attribued to Harbaugh, Ray Lewis or something else it is clear that the sum right now is greater than the individual parts and there is complete buy in right now by the players which is everything.

resiliency...that's they key here...they hit a very rough patch and came through it as a group.....never underestimate the motivating power of us vs them and the power of playing for a single goal....
