Police have arrested and charged the suspect and both victims involved in a brutal stabbing incident in Perry Hall.

According to Baltimore County police, at about 7:40 p.m. on Jan. 3, Brandon Victorian and Donte Smith arrived in the 5000 block of Hilltop Acres Road to meet a third man named Dallus Newson. After a disagreement, Victorian and Smith assaulted and robbed Newson, who then pulled out a knife and stabbed both men, police stated in a release.

Victorian and Smith ran toward Winding Way, where they called 911 and were transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for treatment, police said.
The article indicates that none of them were from the Perry Hall area.

Shame that a quiet neighborhood has to endure thuggery and drug dealing from those outsiders.

It also appears "Dallus" has a mom who failed geography and/or spelling.

None of the men involved is a local resident and there is no known connection between the men and the Hilltop Acres neighborhood. As of Friday afternoon, detectives were still investigating the incident, according to Cpl. Cathy Batton, a Baltimore County police spokeswoman.

Police believe the initial meeting on Hilltop Acres was drug related, according to the release.

The incident rattled the quiet Perry Hall neighborhood, lined with a mix of townhomes and single-family homes. Residents told Patch that the neighborhood has several small children and most the neighbors know each other.

The violence that some types of drug dealers seem to bring is easily seen in the inner city.

Slangin crack rocks seems to be a very violent business, especially in SE DC, West Baltimore, West Philly, South Central LA, South side of Chicago, 8-Mile in Detroit, and other "famous" areas.

When this type of violent thug moves his business to the suburbs, he usually brings his violence with him.

Dallus has quite a record for a young criminal just getting started. Burglary, theft, drug possession, and now assault, weapons and of course attempted murder.

Lots of nolle prosequi. I guess he must have a grandfather that is a deputy sheriff too.

    "But he a good chil(d)."

Just too bad neighbors didn't have their newly purchased AR-15s locked and loaded to take this scum out...permanently.

I didn't know violence follows the drug trade, thank for this valuable information, you seem to be well informed. I just learn something new, thank you. I was wrong about you. You were right.
