Default Gronk out. Chandler Jones, Rob Ninkovich, and Danny Woodhead possibly out as well.

The biggest injury concern coming out of this game is the health of Patriots Pro Bowl tight end Rob Gronkowski. He re-injured his previously broken left arm in the first quarter and didn't return. He was in major pain before going to the locker room. Early reports indicate that Gronkowski could be out for the season. (Update: Sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter that Gronkowski is out for the rest of the playoffs.) This is the second straight year Gronkowski is significantly injured for the playoffs.

Big losses for the Pats. Gronk is a nightmare to guard.

I'm tired of hearing about Gronk.
I'm sure ESPN already has it in their bag of excuses if the Pats lose.

I remember when, in the 1990s, ESPN was an unbaised, objective sports reporting machine.
Now they just make me sick.

Ashley Fox went from sucking Denver's axx to sucking former BC QB Matt Ryan's in 24 hours.

Gronk is out. So, they'll just use somebody else like Hernandez and Welker. With Brady, you could line up your mom as WR and she'd have 7 catches for 89 yards.

Now for the rest of their injured players - you know how Belicheck plays this game. I'd believe none of it.

Yep, I'm expecting the Pats to play at their best, they've done okay without Gronkowski so far. Unless Brady's out, I don't see the Ravens getting an advantage in this game because of any NE injuries going into the game.

    Don't get the Ryan love......

Flacco has proven to be a far better big game QB.. Ryan has as many postseason wins as Russel Wilson (whom we will be hearing from for a long time)...

Can't say I'm disappointed to hear this news. However, the Pats are still going to be a handful. Ravens will come ready. Going to be a great game.

Listening to the Atlanta Sports Talk show this morning, the essence of their analysis of Ryan is that he is always on an even keel...never too high or too low...and that is his strength!

The same knucklehead, last week, complained that Flacco never showed any emotion...always on an even keel...and they called it his weakness!

    Double standard anyone?

Hopefully more ready than we were when Jenlesburger was out and Charlie Batch beat us.

My mom would have at least 10 catches, 90+ yards and a TD. And she might even return a punt if asked (nicely).
