I have no idea who this bozo is. But making a statement like that only tells me he doesn't know football. So I have no reason to listen to whatever radio show he has.

Colin Cowherd is has a sports talk show from 9 to Noon on many radio stations.

He is opinionated (apparently a necessary skill in that business).

Cowherd has a number of likes:

    • PAC-12 football (especially USC)
    • Any superstar in any pro league
    • Steelers
    • Manning and Brady (and Rogers once in a while)

He has a number of dislikes

    • Any college sport that is not Football or Basketball
    • Big 10 football
    • Bobby Knight
    • Ray Lewis
    • Joe Flacco

He does little discussing with his callers, just makes pronouncements in fast, clipped sentences.

My favorite crap he spewed was last year as he was hanging in Brady's jock one day, and he said Flacco was like a rich kid who is handed the keys to the BMW and given a trust fund so he does not have to work for anything. Comes in with a great organization, great coaches and a stellar defense so he does not have to be all that good nor work to get better.

My first thought was how is that any different than Brady? All those things are exactly the parameters Brady has operated with since the day Bledsoe got hurt.

I wasn't asking for this bozo's life story. He doesn't know football.

It's lazy media. It takes considerable effort to present informed and rational argumentation. ESPN's blowhards just open their mouths spit out anything, as long as it causes controversy. It's definitely not worth listening to for me.

    ^^^ This ^^^

I couldn't play the game or draw up x's and o's like those guys. But I sure as heck can analyze a game and make a prediction with the best of them.

He didn't even acknowledge that there was even a game to be played. He was talking about the Patriots' playoff record with the inclusion of a win next weekend. His rationale was that the Ravens' "old" defense would be exhausted from five quarters in Denver. Of course, it doesn't matter that the Ravens have an extra day of rest - the Ravens will get beaten by 5 touchdowns.

Cowturd is an idiot. And ESPN is to sports what Fox News is to politics.

Last week it was the "thin air" that was supposed to beat the Ravens. Well at the end of the game the Broncos were the ones, sucking for air not the Ravens. Now playing double overtime will do them in. Apparently the Ravens have, according to the so called experts, no reserves to call on with everything at stake.

All BS. If a player cannot suck it up for this game he does not belong on the field. There will be no slackers wearing purple on Sunday.

You forgot one on the dislike list. Cowherd hates small schools that do well such as Butler Basketball and Boise State Football

He hates the fact that those smaller schools get in the NCAA Tournament. Says the NCAA should make a I-AA tournament for the smaller schools. He's rather see big teams with .500 or losing records in the NCAA tournament over conference winners from smaller schools.
