Default Baltimore County residents relieved after burglar captured

Bail @ 15,000. Bailbondsman will accept 2% of that.

A Rosedale man was arrested after police say he tried to break into a neighbor's home late Monday night.

Around 11:35 p.m. on Jan. 7, in the 8000 block of Edgewater Avenue, police said Starcher broke a glass window to gain access to the porch of a home. The homeowner then scared the burglar off, according to a police report.

Starcher, who was arrested in October on a drug charge, is being held on $15,000 bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center, according to online court records.

The article didn't say anything about anybody being relieved. Did you canvass the neighborhood?

Also, it didn't say anything about what percent the bail bondsman would accept.

His Case Search Record has him being held without bond.

His original bail was set at $150,000, but after bail review he couldn't be bailed out.

He is basing that info on family experience.
