Default Joe Flacco - on cover of Sports Illustrataed

    Dear Joe,

Last weekend you took down Peyton. On Sunday you get Brady — and the chance, once and for all, to rewrite your legacy.

    All the best,
    The Football Gods

    Cool

Of course, Joe's only on the regional cover. The national cover goes to Colin Kaepernick.

    No respect.

    Yet.

He could blow-out the Pats, and the mediots, including SI, still won't give him his due credit.

Yet another guy who thinks he is a runner instead of a QB in the NFL. He is getting too much credit for going against a horrible run defense in GB. He tries that against a good defense and he will be joining Bob Griffin in a hospital getting surgery.

Yes, there is only one running quarterback worthy of your praise. Derp.

Im amazed as to why people need respect from reporters, who are really now just bloggers, who most likely never stepped foot on a playing field.

"If you cant do it, write about it."

    This x1000.

But the same thing can be said about a million posters on the internet. He prattle on endlessly trying to convince someone who wont be convinced that they are wrong.

Heard an interesting point of view on the radio this morning. Basically they said 5 years is not long enough to have a legacy so how can you rewrite it? Not many QBs have won a SB in their first 5 years. Peyton and Brees didn't.

I agree with that point of view. Would or have they done this to Ryan?

How can one re-write a legacy? It's as if his legacy had already been written. Flacco has only been in the league 5 years. When he walks off the field for the last time, thats when his legacy will be written. Right now, it's still being written.
