Why are you defending the Steelers? You should be against them like we are, the Ravens and Pats are in the AFC Title game for the second year in a row not them. Brady has owned the Steelers for years and we've beaten them out for the division the last two years. They got lit up by Tebow while the Pats exposed him the following week in the divisional round. I know they are a great franchise but what have they done lately? Lets enjoy the fact that our teams are playing for the right to go to the Superbowl while they have to watch us for a second year in a row.

You are correct. These three teams are the cream of the AFC. I respect the Ravens as well as the Steelers. The point I was making to skippy and this board is the divisions change. Sure, the Yets, Bills and Dolphins are mediocre at best right now, but that has not always been the case. Bills used to be perenial powers as well as Miami. The Yets, well we are thankful for that gift that keeps on giving. Cincy was a joke for twenty years, and Cleveland has not been too powerful as well. The bottom line is that it is difficult to beat a division opponent twice in a season, no matter what division it is. And since all teams play 10 games outside the division, it goes a long way in leveling the playing field. And I am no fan of Rapelisberger.

Cincy was in playoffs this year. Who else besides NE from the, East?

Exactly how many years do we have to go back? Do we go back 10? How about 20? When you guys were the laughing stock of the entire league... Hmmmm. Yeah, let's keep going back. You sorry *** chump. Take away the tuck rule and spyware and your pats are still garbage. Interesting you haven't won a Superbowl ever since BB got busted. All it takes is one or two small pieces of knowledge about a play coming here or there to change a game. Without this ammo, seems like u guys r coming up short much more often than not.
Lucky for you, golden boy Brady, who was NEVER elite when u were actually winning championships via cheating... Morphed into an elite passer thanks to the confidence gained from fraudulently winning for so many years.

Last year were it not for a choke of a drop by Lee Evans and a awful missed kick, we'd have won 3 strait against you... And mind you, 5 of the 7 times we've played you have been at home, where up until this year, crybaby Brady gets ever call.

By yeah, keep talking smack. You're nothing but a chump... And I can't wait to hear you tell us to "win 3 rings and the talk to me" after we send your team home for the season on Sunday. Your lucky charms r finished...

The reality is, there is some sort of strange hatred coming out of many Bostonites towards Baltimore teams.
I don't know why, but every time I turn around there is a Bostonian, or a pseudo-Bostonian (ESPN) running around making derogatory statements about Baltimore teams.

The ironic thing is that, before the last few seasons, I rooted for Boston area teams. Now, I just want to choke out many of the Boston fans I run into.

It probably stems from the baseball season. Orioles were always the loser getting owned by the playoff-bound Red Sox. But in 2012, the roles reversed and Boston fans aren't used to losing.

On business this week in CT, listened to some popular FM Boston radio crap last night, (which was still better than Vinny and most shows on 105.7, but I digress), and the topic was the USA Today Lewis article. The host said he was asking the listeners to read it, but not so they would use any of it to hurl back at Lewis on Sunday.

I gave him a mulligan the first time but c'mon after several times he kept saying bringing this up now on the radio wasn't intended to sling at Ray Lewis on Sunday. It became clear in the most back-handed slimy way this was an infomercial to do just that. "Murderer" I guessing will be heard loud and clear Sunday.

If that's the best they can come up with after 12 years, so be it. Do New England fans even make noise at games? I figure they just expect to win and then whine about their own team when they don't.

Yes, yes they do; on 1st downs, and even according to the most loyal Pats fans I've met, the single most lame fan participation event in the NFL every first down the fans stand on, cue wave their arms like the Braves tomahawk chop and in unison scream, "First Down"

If you really have the stomach to wish to see it, watch the 80's Techmo Bowl" and you'll know what I mean.

Have they made the playoffs 5 years straight? Nope. Not even the Patriots can say that.

You can sit there and stroll through the past but what happened more than a couple of seasons ago has nothing to do with what happens now. Even if it happens to be in our favor.

It's useless trash-talk bullet points. But thats what you're here for.

I thought they would have said the lamest fan participation event was waving piss colored rags around.

So you can hurl insults. Big deal, loser. If it wasn't for the scrub refs, you would not have made the playoffs this year. You would have been 9-7. We will see what happens after Ray's retirement party on Sunday. Smile.

Well, this writer got one thing right: Cody is obese. Maybe he can play "Tony Siragusa" to Brady's "Rich Gannon".

Granted your team has been very successful for a few years. And I am here for discourse, not trash talk. I have been a fan of my team loyally for 43 years, and that includes a lot of embarassment. But I continue to be loyal and that has paid off over the last 20 years. How long have you been a fan? Were you a Colts fan when they were in Baltimore?

Yes, and I spend plenty of time there. It is always fun to see what opposing fans are saying. I do not generally talk trash unless someone else gets chippy. I freely admit the Ravens are very tough, and this will be a difficult game. And I will come in here to take my lumps if the Patriots lose on Sunday.

I'm 34 meaning I didn't have a team to root for for much of my childhood. Became a Ravens fan as soon as the move was announced, PSL season ticket holder since 2006. Been there since the very, very beginning. Watched the draft in 1996 before they even had a name. Posting on a RAVENS board...not invading another teams board to stir or up.

We may very well lose this Sunday but if we win, will you show up on Monday?

I will most certainly come in and congratulate your team and take my lumps. Just because you do not post on other teams boards doesn't mean other people do not.
Not trying to stir things up but you have a typo....

Blaming refs for that loss? Pretty lame.
