    Lots more sales are coming.

I'll be one of those purchasing.

    I don't know enough about NY's law.

Maybe it was the author showing his bias or maybe the gun industry specifically lobbied for that part of the legislation after the newspaper released the names of the gun owners...

    Liberal Wisdom! Mutually exclusive?

Gun sales are being primarily driven by people who own more than one gun.

Percentage-wise, the rate of gun ownership has declined or flattened out over the past decade as crime has also declined.

Perhaps the decline in crime has made fewer people want to own a gun or fewer gun owners has led to the decline in crime...

Or perhaps more guns has deterred criminals.

Prygryssyve is a meaningless term when it comes to underlying paradigm. Neither the so-called prygryssyves or so-called cynsyrvytyves have a problem with forcing themselves onto others by means of government. In as far as Democrats and Republicans go, Benito Cuomolini has shot his chances, in the foot, of getting the votes of those that self-classify as Democrats and are referred to as Blue Dog Democrats. The fascism of the coastal Democrats, in regards to the right to keep and bear arms, has not and does not sit well with them.

Cuomo get gay marriage passed and MOM decides to support it. Cuomo gets tough gun laws passed and now MOM wants to do the same. There are leaders (Cuomo) and followers (MOM).

So what? How does that shore up the shopworn "more guns = more crime" fallacy?
