"A Baltimore City man, who struck two students from Johns Hopkins University in 2011, appeared in Baltimore County District Court Wednesday morning.
Thomas Green is also scheduled to appear in Howard County court next week on pending traffic violations. Despite being on probation and having 18 points on his driving record, Green still has a valid license in Maryland.
In documents obtained by Fox 45 Crime & Justice Reporter Joy Lepola, Green was drunk behind the wheel in April 2012 attempting to start his car. The information was downloaded from Green's ignition interlock device. The report noted 8 violations and two of them recorded a breath alcohol concentration of .15."
