Seems he was illegally carrying a gun if he was a felon. Or maybe a judge reinstated his rights?

King was identified with the help of witnesses at the scene, police said. He has been arrested 12 times in Duval County since 2004, most recently for a probation violation in September, according to jail records.

How many victims must there be before a shooting is considered a "mass-shooting"? I heard once that it was 3 and above. Anybody know?

He wasn't clean long enough to be eligible to have those rights restored by the Governor.

It just amazes me to think a judge could do that for a felon. Amnesty is something entirely different.

I doubt that happened in this case. It's probably safe to assume he was a prohibited person in possession.

He probably has no idea who Martin Luther was, and obviously doesn't understand what Martin Luther King, Jr., stood for.
