Oh, Orly Taitz, how we will fill this blog once you crawl back under that Eastern Bloc rock you emerged from? The lawyer/dentist/real estate saleslady of Rancho Santa Margarita (I know, we've also placed her in Aliso Viejo and Laguna Niguel, but her latest court filing has a RSM address) has really come up with a doozy in a court filing this time. She's alleging there are not one but two Barack Obamas and the one in the White House may be an Indonesian spy!

Here's how the latest "Oh, Orly" moment rolled: Chief Justice Morrison C. England of the U.S. District Court for the East District of California Wednesday rejected a temporary restraining order (TRO) request Taitz filed to essentially prevent California's share of Electoral College votes from being certified because, she claims, Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen as required of presidents under the U.S. Constitution. Judge Morrison also denied Taitz's emergency appeal of his TRO ruling. This is where you'll find her "evidence" of Double Obama (or 00O for all you Ian Fleming fans):

Perhaps the confusion involves his names.....he was Barack Hussein Obama until he was adopted by his Indonesian step father and became Barry Soetero.

The confusion is obviously the result of Barack adopting the last name Soetero

So when did Barry Soetero legally change his last name back to Obama?

Why on his Illinois Bar Application did Barack Hussein Obama state under oath that he never used any other names or aliases?

Its the conflicting details that are always troublesome.

Do you have a credible link about him being adopted by Soetoro, or legally changing his name?

He may have used his stepfather's surname to enroll in public school in Indonesia, but he was "Obama" when he moved back to Hawaii at age 10 to live with his grandparents.
