    On December 5 at 11:54 p.m., District 2 Officer Michael McGrath stopped a speeding car at 1120 S. Layton Blvd. that resulted in the arrest of the driver, Michael P. Kowalik, for Operating an Auto While Intoxicated.

    This will be Mr. Kowalik’s 8th offense of OAI and all of his arrests have been in the City and County of Milwaukee. Nice job by this officer in making an arrest of a habitual drunken driver.

    I was saying that because of these laws the harm factor that would exist with out them, if people cried about "my rights', would be much much higher.
