Default Baltimore and Maryland has a Mayor and Governor making "bets" on Ravens.

Is this ethical and legal to do

Despite the failure of Denver Mayor Michael B. Hancock to pay off on his bet with Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake by doing a Ray Lewis dance following the Broncos' defeat by the Ravens in last weekend's NFL playoff game, Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper made good on his bet with Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley, WBFF-TV reported.

Hickenlooper mailed a package of ready-to-cook lamb chops from the Triple M Bar Ranch in Manzanola in Southeast Colorado. Had the Ravens lost, O'Malley would have had to send Hickenlooper a dozen Chesapeake Bay crab cakes.

And Hancock is a wuss and hasn't delivered on his side of the bet. We call that being dishonest.

Maybe this thread is a joke?
If not, some people just need to lighten up, seriously.
