My employer, my premiums, co-insurance and my HSA contributions will total over $27,000 this year for medical dental and vision

    My employer pays about 17,000
I pay about 5600 in deductions
My HSA is limited to 5950 by federal law

Then you have any co-ins that exceeds my HSA

My wife and I pay about $1500 a year on her county insurance.

When our baby is born and we switch to my company's family plan, we'll pay about $3000 a year for our family with excellent coverage. That doesn't include dental and vision which is a small % of the cost of medical. Say another $400-500 total for those for the year.

The counties have excellent health insurance at low cost. It is a big part of the county employee compensation package.
