Default Welker's wife trashes Ray Lewis

This coming from a ex hooters girl. Last year it was Brady's wife running her mouth.

We see why this team is a bunch of pansies who fold up when a team gets physical with them -- their wives wear the pants in the family.

Be it true or not why post that nonsense now? Once again sounds like sour grapes and from someone who has nothing to do with what went on in the field.

I wonder if she realizes that many folks name her husband's dropped passes as the defining plays that helped end the pats last 2 seasons ......

    exactly

she now lacks any credibility at all....if she had something to say it should have been done before this game was played

Sour grapes it is. The Patriots are wonderful when they win. They're a bunch of ***holes when they lose. I was sort of annoyed that Suggs "went there" on camera after the game yesterday, but it was right.

Belichick's a royal richard cranium who would have been fired in N.E. after the '01 season had Bledsoe not gotten hurt, and he would have never been a head coach in the NFL again.

He's not a genius. Never has been. Never will be. He was blessed with a talented roster, a good front office, and maybe the best QB to ever play the game (along with some convenient video tape).

All true. But I bet you'd still hit it.

    Wes put her in line

"I’m deeply sorry for my recent post on Facebook,” Burns said. “I let the competitiveness of the game and the comments people were making about a team I dearly love get the best of me. My actions were emotional and irrational and I sincerely apologize to Ray Lewis and anyone affected by my comment after yesterday’s game. “It is such an accomplishment for any team to make it to the NFL playoffs, and the momentary frustration I felt should not overshadow the accomplishments of both of these amazing teams.”

It’s odd that a lot of people hold athletes to higher standards than the President. Our last three- a pervert with a bunch of skeletons in the closet, a draft dodger/alcoholic and probable cocaine user and now a man who used/sold cocaine and marijuana. However, we can’t believe Favre sent pictures of his junk to a women or Ray Lewis many years ago might have not wanted to give up his friends who were probably protecting him

Pretty strong words there! Did you make them up or copy them from a "wierdo" site?

Most of us are trying to enjoy the fact that our Ravens are in the SB.

During the summer and fall, most of us enjoyed the Orioles' resurgence!

Leave the politics where they belong...at the bottom of the birdcage.

Meh I don't buy into this apology. She posted how she really felt, own it and stand by it. This is also another reason why I'm not on social media like FB and twitter. Both are full of garbage.

I'm guessing Burns wasn't aware that her husband's teammate Alfonzo Dennard is currently charged with felony assault?

    http://espn.go.com/boston/nfl/story/...ice-court-date

No, I'm not suggesting that any team has a monopoly on good or bad behavior (and maybe Dennard didn't do what he's accused of), but it's worth noting since Dennard's story got almost no coverage this season.
