It was very obvious by the drive into work this morning that Howard County spends the majority of its operating budget on "education" - while main roads like RT100, RT29 and RT40 up to the Baltimore County line remained dangrously snow/ice covered and the ramps to/from these roads never saw a plow let alone salt, once crossing over the Baltimore County line, RT40, Rolling Road, Security Blvd., etc., were plowed and salted...and clear.

Way to go Ken Ulman. Remember this when this OWE'Malley-wanna-be runs for governor folks.

Big baby? Maybe it was only .5" where your sorry arse lives but it was over that where I was, not that I have to justify my experience to you or any other know-it-all. And I'd wager I've been driving a lot longer than you've been sucking our air and in far worse conditions. As everyone knows, a dusting of snow can be more slippery and treacherous than 5" where traction is much greater. Another freakin' expert heard from.
