    What really stood out was Belichick telling Ed "finish it".

    yea, i thought that was nice

    looks like ray lewis had to calm down a guy or two (defensive disagreement)

    joe saying, a couple more stops and we'll be playing in the Super Bowl

    The most striking piece in that was Ray Lewis stepping in and putting an end to what appeared to be arguing on the defensive side of the ball. The affect of his retirement is going to be huge.
