    In statistics, skew is just how asymmetric the distribution is. That's not a criticism of the validity of the data, and certainly does not mean they are distorted. That is how they are.
    We could go tit for tat all day on this. I did not go to great lengths to hide anything, it was right there in the thread, I just did not feel it necessary to reapeat what I felt was not needed. The quoted source admitted a "relative comparison" would have been skewed, by a dollar or a dime at that point is moot, IMO, obviously not in your opinion.

    As for statistics I am not a real fan because I know how they can be twisted to suit the agenda of the person or group producung them, on either side of an argument.

    In which areas of this country do the vast majority of gun homicides occur? And are there any common factors that those areas share?
